This notice covers the public website at jjaitech.com, including the English pages under /en/. It does not describe processing inside software we build for customers — that is governed by the agreement with each customer.
Information collected on this website
- Server logs. Our web server records standard request information such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer and user agent. This is used for security and diagnostics.
- Email you send us. If you email the address published on this site, we hold your message and contact details in order to reply and to follow up on the enquiry.
- Cookies set by WordPress and page caching. This site runs on WordPress with page caching. Cookies may be used for caching behaviour and, if you log in as an administrator, for the session.
What we do not do on this website
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not run advertising profiling on this site.
- We do not ask visitors to create an account.
Retention
Server logs are retained only as long as needed for security and diagnostics. Email correspondence is retained while the enquiry is active and for our ordinary business record keeping afterwards.

Hosting
This website is hosted on a server operated for us in China. If you require a specific hosting location for a project, that is agreed as part of the project rather than assumed from this website.
