Who we are
We are a founder-led technology company based in Shanghai, established in April 2024.
Our work started with custom project delivery and is moving towards repeatable, priceable product services built around one pattern: turning field execution into a traceable delivery chain.
Our core research and specialist team is approximately six to seven people. Members of the team were educated at Fudan University and Zhejiang University.
We deliberately avoid describing ourselves as a general AI development shop. The value we can defend is narrow: we understand how field work, evidence, review and reporting fit together, and we build software that respects that structure.

Where AI sits. AI organises, cross-checks, drafts and exposes what is missing. Engineering, quality, safety, commercial, inventory, pricing and educational decisions are made by authorised people, and every AI output keeps a human review step and a stop condition.
How we work
Map, Define, Prototype, Validate, Scale
1. Map
Walk the real process with the people who do it. Identify the objects, roles, decision points and the evidence that already exists.
2. Define
Agree the workflow, the record structure, the review roles and the report that has to come out of it.
3. Prototype
Build the smallest version that a real team can run on real work.
4. Validate
Run it against real cases. Check what breaks and what a reviewer needs to see.
5. Scale
Extend to more sites, equipment types and roles once the workflow holds.
We do not publish fixed delivery timescales or fixed prices. Scope and commercial terms are agreed per engagement.

- We do not publish customer names, logos, vessel names or project amounts without written permission.

- We do not claim any product is production-ready in a customer’s environment before acceptance.
